Republican efforts to suppress the vote and overturn valid elections is a dagger in the heart of democracy. Use the link above to sign our petition to secure our voting rights!

As the NAARPR Executive Director Frank Chapman writes:

The present crisis in democracy is not an act of God or a natural disaster. It is a deliberately contrived political crisis set into motion in this moment by 19 states of the United States that have passed 34 laws restricting voting rights. Republican lawmakers are constructing barriers, making it difficult and sometimes impossible for Black, brown and poor people to vote. What Trump and his racist horde failed to accomplish on January 6, 2021 will be accomplished shortly if these voting rights bills now before the Senate do not pass. Clearly, we are at a crossroads here. Getting these bills passed means stopping the reactionary Republican Party from suppressing the right to vote, from blatantly denying masses of Black, brown, and poor people the right to vote. This is a racist, Republican-engineered war against our people. And unless we stand up and fight back it will be a one-sided war. We must protest, we must demonstrate, petition, burn up the phones to get the Freedom to Vote Act, and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act enacted.

Let's do this! ALL POWER TO THE PEOPLE!

Access the following link to sign the petition demanding the immediate pass HR4, the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, HR1, the For the People Act, and S2747, the Freedom to Vote Act.
