- Apr 10, 2010: Therapy Options for Kids at Rhea's Mill Baptist Church
Many foster and adoptive parents struggle to find the best therapy to meet their child's unique needs. Therapy Options for Kids provides parents with the unique opportunity to learn about a variety of therapy options for children in their care.
Therapists in the areas of play therapy, speech therapy, equine therapy and animal assisted therapy will present interactive therapy demonstration sessions. Additionally, a Medicaid specialist will host a session on navigating Medicaid and finding therapy providers.
Childcare is provided for a cost of only $5 per child (ages 0-12) and advanced registration is required.

Embrace events are open to foster and adoptive parents from any child placing agency, and training certificates will be provided for training hours.
